BigFoot Staffing is seeking an experienced B2B Sales Representative to join our team in Portland, OR. The position is a field-based hybrid role with a base salary of $70,000 - $80,000 + on-target earnings of $140,000+ based on performance.

The RoleThis is a senior individual contributor role for someone who wants to build and run their own B2B sales program.
You will focus exclusively on initiating client relationships, qualifying opportunities, negotiating deals, and handing off accounts to our recruiting and operations team for delivery. This is not a recruiter/sales hybrid and does not require managing others. You'll work directly with company ownership and an experienced recruiting team to build sustainable, high-quality client partnerships across light industrial, skilled trades, and professional staffing.
What You'll Do- Own the full new-business sales lifecycle from first outreach through signed agreement and handoff
- Prospect and develop B2B client relationships with employers who offer:
- Light Industrial temp-to-hire jobs
- Skilled trades and technical roles
- Professional, administrative, and leadership positions
- Build and manage a personal pipeline through:
- Cold calling and outbound outreach
- Email and LinkedIn
- In-person meetings and local networking
- Meet with HR leaders, operations managers, plant managers, and business owners
- Qualify urgency, hiring volume, decision authority, and fit
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and expectations aligned with delivery capabilities
- Partner closely with recruiting and operations to ensure clean handoffs and successful launches
- Build a book of business that produces recurring gross profit, not one-off wins
Compensation & Additional Value- $70,000 - $80,000 base salary + commission with OTE of $140,000+ based on performance

Who We're Looking For- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in light-industrial setting
- Proven success selling to small and mid-sized employers
- Experience in the Portland / PNW market strongly preferred
- Comfortable operating independently and owning a territory
- Strong hunter mentality with disciplined prospecting habits
- Confident communicator who builds trust with operational and executive buyers
