Urology Opportunity – Effingham Community in Mattoon, IL Full-Time Position

• $700,000 base salary + bonus based on RVU production.
• $100,000 sign-on bonus.
• $100,000 total retention bonus (paid over 5 years).
• Quality bonus up to $50,000 (eligible upon earning base salary).
• 33 days of paid time off.
