Job Description :

We Are Seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer to design, enhance, and support a large-scale, public-facing Salesforce platform used by a diverse and high-volume user base. This role focuses on building secure, scalable solutions, mentoring internal staff, and optimizing system performance to meet evolving business and customer needs. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with a collaborative mindset and thrives in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions
• Configure and customize Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related features
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware tools
• Implement and manage Salesforce security models, roles, profiles, permissions, and access controls
• Monitor Salesforce system performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement
• Perform regular system maintenance, including upgrades, patches, and performance tuning
• Document technical designs, configurations, and code according to best practices
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Recommend and implement business process improvements to maximize system value and usability
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and performance issues
• Ensure systems meet required security and compliance standards
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and training to less-experienced developers and internal staff
• Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices
• Work within an agile development environment to deliver iterative improvements
