Position Summary

As a Shift Lead at Negranti Creamery, you are more than just a reliable team

member—you're a key part of creating an exceptional experience for both guests and

teammates. You are expected to lead the team with purpose, uphold our core values,

and bring energy, accountability, and consistency to every shift. Reporting directly to the

Shoppe Manager, you ensure smooth operations, support staff development, and model

what it means to Keep it Fresh, Make People Smile, Own Your Shift, Level Up, and

Core Responsibilities

In addition to your responsibilities as an ice cream scooper, you are accountable for the

following :

Operational Leadership

• ? Open and close the shoppe following company procedures and standards
• ? Oversee cash handling and ensure accurate financial practices
• ? Monitor business flow and staff accordingly (send teammates home when volume is

low)
