California Licensed Finance Manager

A company is looking for a Manager of Finance Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee finance activities related to commercial and government lines of business

Support premium billing functions and ensure proper payments of regulatory directed payment programs

Incorporate quality program goals including HEDIS, CAHPS, and NCQA Accreditation

Required Qualifications

Minimum of five years of relevant managed care or premium billing experience

At least two years in a supervisory capacity, or a Master's degree / CPA License in lieu of experience

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Health Care Administration, Accounting, or related fields

Intermediate knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)

Expert knowledge of commercial health plan billing practices
