Who You Are :

The Facilities Maintenance Technician is a hands-on, essential role responsible for sustaining the operational condition, appearance, and safety of the Dulles Corporate Hangar Complex. You take pride in maintaining clean, well-kept grounds and paved areas, supporting equipment upkeep, and ensuring the facility remains in top condition year-round.

What You’ll Do :

Landscaping & Grounds Maintenance

• Mow, trim, and edge lawn areas; remove debris from lawn surfaces.
• Remove and dispose of dead limbs from trees and shrubbery.

Paved Area Maintenance

Snow & Ice Removal

Pump House Support

Equipment Support & Minor Repairs

What You’ll Bring :

Compensation

Expected Hourly Rate : $25-$28 per hour

Location Requirements

The position will be primarily working on-site at Dulles International Airport’s Corporate Hangar Complex.
