Registered Nurse (RN) – CARE Fertility Bedford

Location : Bedford, TX

Job Type : Full-Time

About the Role

CARE Fertility is seeking an experienced and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Bedford team. This position plays a key role in providing high-quality patient care, supporting procedures, and coordinating with physicians and clinical staff throughout the fertility treatment process.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care before, during, and after fertility procedures.

Administer medications and monitor patient responses per physician orders.

Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).

Assist with ultrasound, lab, and surgical procedures as needed.

Support patient flow and ensure a professional, compassionate experience.

Lead and support other nursing staff; provide coverage and guidance as needed.

Demonstrate strong PACU (Post-Anesthesia Care Unit) skills and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

Active RN license in the State of Texas (required).

Minimum 2 years of clinical experience ; fertility or women’s health experience preferred.

Proven leadership skills and ability to support and mentor nursing staff.

Strong PACU or surgical recovery experience.

Excellent organizational, communication, and patient service skills.

Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced clinical setting.
