Essential Job Duties :

• Assess the professional strengths and weaknesses of an individual while on the job.
• Plan and implement an individual job coaching strategy with each individual on your caseload.
• Discover what motivates individuals and assist them in utilizing that motivation in the workplace.
• Assist individuals in learning and excelling in their job functions.
• Plan and implement tools for individuals to succeed at work.
• Create and update records and reports on progress.
