JOB SUMMARY :
Join our dynamic Futures team as a Senior Content Designer, where you'll have the thrilling opportunity to craft engaging narratives and user-centric content that convey our cutting-edge ideas. In this role, you will be crucial in making complex concepts accessible and exciting, ensuring our messages resonate with both staff and leadership. Your work will support the translation of innovative ideas into content that not only informs but also captivates and persuades our audience.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Develop and design user-focused content that aligns with strategic communication goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to grasp user needs and project objectives fully.
- Transform complex ideas into clear and engaging narratives across multiple formats.
- Conduct user research and testing to refine content strategies and enhance usability.
- Monitor and adjust content based on performance metrics and feedback.
Must have Skills :
Industry Experience Required :
Experience in a technology or innovation-driven domain is preferable, given the forward-facing nature of the Futures team's work. Familiarity with AI tools for content enhancement is considered a plus.
