Job Title: Nurse Practitioner - Rheumatology
Location: 332 Lillington Ave, Charlotte, NC, 28204
Practice: Joint and Muscle Medical Care
Position Overview:
Dr. Alireza Nami is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our rheumatology practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in rheumatologic conditions and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with rheumatologic conditions.
- Collaborate with Dr. Nami and the healthcare team to provide integrated care.
- Educate patients and their families about disease management and treatment options.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Participate in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in North Carolina.
- Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP).
- Experience in rheumatology or a related field is preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
