Minimum 18 years of age Ability to pass drug test Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work overtime on an occasional basis Ability to work any shift Ability to travel independently on an occasional basis Maintain confidentiality Accuracy / attention to detail Ability to organize / prioritize variety of tasks / projects Ability to work within set time frames and fixed deadlines 10,000 SPH ten-key 40 WPM typing Ability to continue education, as necessary Valid driver's license Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and organizational structure Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel Model Customer 1st behavior; deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately Greet visitors, as needed Create memos, correspondence, and other documents Provide assistance at the following areas : split / loam, verification, pallet label / receiving, arrival, appointment, inventory control, report, import and swing-shift / graveyard desks Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
