Job Summary

NetApp is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Product Manager, Monetization to join our dynamic Cloud Storage & Services Business Unit.

In this role, you'll have the unique opportunity to shape impactful monetization strategies that drive business success while maintaining alignment with long-term strategic objectives. By collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, you'll lead initiatives from inception to execution with a focus on delivering measurable results.

Responsibilities

• To be successful in this highly visible role, you should be able to work in a dynamic environment, think big, and be comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity. You should have strong business and communication skills, be comfortable analyzing data to provide data-driven recommendations, and be able to partner with stakeholders to help define key business questions and build solutions that answer them.
• Drive the end-to-end execution of product initiatives by partnering with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, marketing, sales and customer success) to ensure seamless rollout of new models, feature bundles, and market offers
• Develop product enhancements and packaging options that elevate the customer value proposition and resonate with target enterprise segment

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a STEM focused MBA preferred.

Compensation :

The target salary range for this position is 154,700 - 231,000 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. The range is based on 'On Target Earnings' (OTE) representing the total potential earnings, which is the sum of the base salary and potential commission earned when performance targets are achieved. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, employee stock purchase plan, and / or restricted stocks (RSU's). These offerings are subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. We will provide detailed information about the specific benefits for your region during the recruitment process.
