Sentar is seeking a Subscriber Management Team (SMT) Lead!

Role Description :

The Subscriber Management Team Lead supervises and guides a small team in the management of subscriber networks and related operations. The position requires the ability to rapidly adapt to change coach team members and support leadership in completing mission objectives. The role demands technical proficiency strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to audiences with varying levels of understanding. The Team Lead is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency compliance and effective coordination of team activities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and lead a small team of up to 9 members in a dynamic environment
• Participate in meetings with brief and work collaboratively with senior leadership and other teams to complete mission objectives
• Comprehend Subscriber Onboarding and Compliance Integration Migration Schedule and Medical Enclave Migration Schedule
• Convey technical concepts to audiences with varying technical understanding
• Solve problems independently or with minimal assistance
• Evaluate deficiencies and obstacles to achieving the organizations mission
• Manage system access requests and provide updates to leadership
• Deliver exceptional customer support and maintain SOP administration
• Monitor tools and interfaces as part of operational responsibilities
• Maintain strong organizational skills attention to detail and effective verbal and written communication

• Proven leadership in process / project management meeting documentation and computer network defense tool compliance
• Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure actions align with approved plans and strategic objectives

• Ensure compliance with JFHQ-DODIN orders and support organizational mission
• Operate independently and solve problems as necessary
