Job Summary

The Dietitian II plays a vital role in applying evidence-based medical nutrition therapy to assess and treat patients of all ages who are at nutritional risk. Key responsibilities include :

• Conducting thorough assessments of nutritional needs.
• Providing tailored medical nutrition therapy.
• Delivering nutrition education to patients and their families.
• Collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
• Offering mentorship and support to new graduates and Dietitian I team members.
