[job_card.job_description]Work in a unit with 4 main OR beds and 8 beds in the pavilion Maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1 : 1, primarily serving as a circulating nurse; scrubbing experience is a plus but not required Utilize Cerner Surginet for electronic medical records Collaborate with scrub techs; anesthesia is administered by anesthesiologists Participate in call requirements : 1 shift per week and every 4th weekend Undergo a comprehensive orientation including one week of paperwork and one week alongside a preceptor Handle a variety of cases including ortho, neuro / spine, cardiovascular, general, gynecology, urology, and ENT Work with a particular focus on processes in the OR suites Follow a specified weekend and holiday schedule covered by on-call duties. Ability to manage critical patients who transition directly to the ICU from the OR

- Experience with Cerner Surginet preferred
- Ability to work with orthopedic and neuro / spine cases
Job Description :
All RNs are required to engage in regular shifts with variable start times from 6 am to 9 am, ensuring no evening or weekend shifts apart from call duties. RNs are not required to float to other units.
