Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Lead Manager to join our team. Experience in real estate is required, and a background in outbound/inbound communications, such as cold calling or customer service, is essential as well. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while being an integral part of our team.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to already existing leads
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects
• Warm up leads to send to Acquisitions
• Run comps
• Update and maintain CRM records
• Meet or exceed performance targets

Qualifications:

• Experience in outbound/inbound communications (e.g., cold calling, lead management, customer service)
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills with a native English accent (REQUIRED)
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Proficient with CRM software
