Vendor Performance Analyst

A company is looking for a Vendor Performance Analyst to assess and monitor vendor performance in alignment with business needs and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Apply performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate and report vendor performance to senior management

Monitor vendor services' productivity and quality by analyzing data and reports to ensure compliance with contract terms

Prepare performance reports and assist in developing corrective action plans for identified issues

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance / Accounting, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience

3+ years of experience in an operations / processing position

3+ years of analytical and data processing experience

Experience in cultivating relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors

Preferred experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry
