A company is looking for an Event Coordinator to lead the planning and execution of successful events that drive brand awareness and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute event plans that align with business objectives and drive attendance and engagement
Organize conferences and strategic meals with key customers or potential clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the full end-to-end planning process of events
Required Qualifications
5+ years of events experience, with at least 3 years in event or marketing planning within a fast-paced tech organization
Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product development
Strong budget and time management skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
