Seeking Emergency Management Specialist - Standard candidates with relevant Defense, And Security Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Defense, And Security Sector Clients such as DEA. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Position and ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

Provide services and support as a Professional, Technical and Administrative Support Services (PTASS) (Emergency Management Specialist - Standard) in the Defense, And Security Industry Sector focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) | Department of Justice Located In and across the CONUS Region.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Emergency Management Specialist - Standard | Comprehensive Operational Support [DEA0009022]

Will assist with problem definition and analysis and with developing plans and requirements for complex systems involving areas relevant to Emergency Response, including but not limited to: Continuity of Operations Planning (COOP), Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP), Information Assurance, Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP), Physical Security, Emergency Preparedness, Counterterrorism, Force Protection, Border Security, Law Enforcement, Transportation and Aviation Security. May lead or provide senior level support in specialized project areas.

Qualifications

Years of progressive experience in emergency management or related areas.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

B.S. or M.S. degree. Six (6) or more years of progressive experience required.

Skills Required

Knowledge of Continuity of Operations Planning (COOP), Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP), and Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP). Basic understanding of physical security, emergency preparedness, and counterterrorism.

Competencies Required
