WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
As an Engineering Manager at Jensen Infrastructure, you will lead multidisciplinary engineering teams in the design and production of precast concrete products, fabricated metal parts, and packaged engineered systems primarily used in underground utility and infrastructure construction. Duties include product design, plant and equipment layout, and engineering and design of tools, machinery, and systems.
Reporting to our Vice President of Engineering, you will regularly operate in close partnership with Quality Control, Operations, and Sales to achieve cross functional design objectives.

Salary Range : The compensation range for this position is specific to the location(s) noted above and is the range Jensen Infrastructure reasonably expects to pay for the position. We consider the wide variety of factors in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
$120,000—$150,000 USD
Additional Compensation and Benefits : Jensen Infrastructure offers competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, PTO, and 401(k) with a company match. The role may also be eligible to participate in the Jensen Infrastructure Short-Term, annual incentive program. Incentive awards, will depend on a range of factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.
