Schedule Details : Night shifts, 8 and 12-hour shifts, required rotation every third weekend, and holiday rotation.

Unit Overview : Become a vital part of our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit, where you will provide care for a diverse and complex patient population, including :
Post-operative craniotomies for bleed evacuation, AVMs, and tumor resections.Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeries.Hemorrhagic and ischemic stroke patients within our Comprehensive Stroke Program.A high volume of cervical and spinal surgery patients alongside medical overflow cases.Experience Cutting-Edge Care : As part of the Aurora Neuroscience Innovation Institute (ANII), you will gain exposure to the latest neurosurgical techniques and innovative care practices.

Licensure : Registered Nurse license in the state of practice and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.Education : Completion of an accredited or approved Nursing program.Experience : A minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience is preferred.Skills : Strong patient care perspective, critical decision-making abilities, proficient computer skills, and exceptional communication abilities.Physical and Working Conditions :
