Position Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support financial reporting and data management activities . This part-time role requires 20–25 hours per week (approximately 5 hours per day) and involves gathering, processing, and analyzing financial data to support accurate reporting and workflow management.

Duration : Part-Time Contract (20–25 hours / week)

US Citizens and Green Card Holders Only (W2)

Key Responsibilities :

Monitor and process receipt of financial reports, including communication for missing or late submissions.

Save financial data in appropriate repositories and manage extensions, waivers, and fines for late reports.

Enter financial data accurately into reporting systems and track approval workflows to completion.

Oversee daily production and review of surveillance emails, ensuring workflow items (negative news, missing reports, account changes, etc.) are addressed promptly.

Conduct daily reviews of items requiring same-day action.

Reconcile reporting and trackers to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Job requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Knowledge of financial reporting components such as Income Statements, Balance Sheets, etc.

Understanding of credit and financial statement analysis for various financial institutions.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Effective communication skills.

Self-starter with a proactive approach to tasks.
