Our Core Tax Services (https : / / www.cbh.com / services / tax / ) team is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to support our Boston, MA market on a hybrid schedule (average 2-3 days / week in office).

The successful candidate will manage the client’s tax compliance needs, anticipate tax and business issues, and recognize tax planning opportunities. Candidates should be accustomed to working as the main point of contact with the client and will be comfortable in managing workflows, deadlines, deliverables, and client communications. This role will also be responsible for training and developing less experienced professional staff.

As a Tax Senior Manager, you will :

• Solve problems for middle‑market clients in industries such as manufacturing, real estate and construction, professional services, and others
• Manage engagements and provide knowledgeable review of complex individual and partnership returns
• Build and serve our high net-worth individual clients with estate, gift and trust tax planning and compliance needs
• Leverage strong project management, analytical, interpersonal, and communication abilities
• Lead tax staff, seniors, and managers in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
• Demonstrate superior client service skills

Pay Range : 138,800 – 215,900
