Theideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field and have aminimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a highereducation or university setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skillsare essential, along with the ability to prioritize tasks and workindependently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of residence life programsand services is preferred, and a commitment to promoting diversity, equity, andinclusion within the residence hall community is required. Additionally,candidates should demonstrate flexibility to work as needed to support residentactivities and events.
