What Youll Do :

• Connect with customers in person, over the phone, via video calls, and email.
• Reach out to potential customers, understand their insurance needs, and provide accurate quotes.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records.
• Identify opportunities to ensure customers have the right insurance coverage for their needs.
• Close sales by recommending appropriate insurance products and services.
• Engage with a diverse range of people every day.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

• Holds a valid Property & Casualty insurance license (required).
• Preferably has experience with State Farm.
• Motivated to set and achieve goals.
• Detail-oriented and efficient in managing time and tasks.
• Enjoys working in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
• Skilled at multitasking, such as talking and typing simultaneously.
• Passionate about helping individuals, families, and businesses protect themselves.
• Able to build rapport easily, whether in-person, on the phone, or through video.
• Experience in customer service, sales, finance, banking, bartending, or athletics is a plus.
• Comfortable following structured procedures to ensure clients receive the right products.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
