We’re looking for an energetic, people-loving Brand Love Ambassador to be the welcoming face of Moxie’s customer referral program. In this role, you’ll build authentic relationships with our customers, deliver appreciation gifts, and inspire others to share their Moxie experience. If you enjoy connecting with people, making a positive impact in your community, and working independently in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment, this is the opportunity for you. What You’ll Do ? Personally visit new customers to deliver referral gifts and welcome them to the Moxie family. ? Build meaningful relationships that encourage customers to share their experiences with friends and neighbors. ? Manage and grow Moxie’s referral program—tracking data, identifying trends, and recommending improvements. ? Capture customer interactions through photos, testimonials, and videos for use in marketing and social media. ? Train sales and service teams on best practices for promoting referrals and fostering customer loyalty. ? Handwrite and deliver personalized thank-you notes to top referrers. ? Represent Moxie at community events, networking opportunities, and brand activations.
