Position Title : Physical Therapist – Outpatient Clinic

Location : Glendale, Arizona

Schedule : Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week | Monday–Friday

Setting : Onsite | Single-Location Clinic | No Travel

Compensation : $85,000 – $100,000 annually + Performance-Based Bonus

Our respected outpatient clinic in Glendale, AZ is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our patient-focused team.     • Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations and create individualized care plans
  • Provide evidence-based treatments including manual therapy and therapeutic exercise
  • Supervise and mentor PTAs to ensure consistent, high-quality care
  • Educate patients and families on treatment goals and home exercise programs
  • Monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR system
  • Collaborate with referring providers and participate in team meetings
  • Ensure compliance with Arizona PT licensure and CEU requirements

    • Qualifications

    Required :

  • Active or eligible Arizona Physical Therapist license
  • Strong clinical reasoning, organization, and time management skills
  • Commitment to patient-centered care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

    • Preferred :

  • Manual therapy and / or dry needling experience
  • Interest in leadership development and PTA mentorship
