Case Manager

Elite Sourcing is seeking Case Managers for a Top-rated firm in Burbank. This position involves conducting client interviews, developing case management plans, and ensuring timely progress on all cases. You’ll be a key point of contact for clients, coordinating medical appointments, and managing property damage claims.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough interviews with clients to gather relevant information and assess their needs.
• Develop and implement individualized case management plans tailored to each client's situation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case notes and records in CASEpeer.
• Monitor case progress and make adjustments to plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
• Coordinate and schedule medical appointments for clients.
• Manage property damage claims from initiation to resolution.

Qualifications:
• Experience working in a personal injury law firm with like responsibilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Familiarity with legal case management systems such as CASEpeer or Filevine is a plus.
• Excellent phone etiquette for professional communication with clients and colleagues.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury law and medical terminology.
