About the Role

Zero Homes is hiring an Field Installation Manager for our HQ location in Denver. As Field Installation Manager, you will be responsible for core customer work-streams throughout our field operations function and will touch nearly every part of customer experience. Your Role & Your Impact

• Deliver an excellent customer and contractor experience daily to ensure successful project execution from contract signature through project completion
• Take full ownership of support lines and interface directly with customers, subcontractors and vendors
• Track and maintain project documentation, including permits and inspections, job close out, and commissioning documentation
• Interface with equipment partners and support supply chain management
• Overall, help each team at Zero to be more efficient and effective while contributing to our ambitious mission
