The
Service Advisor is a positive, high-energy, customer-focused position in a fast-paced tire and automotive service facility.
Drive Sales & Profitability: Gross Profit, Parts Margin, Tire Sales, Finance, etc.
Customer Satisfaction: Deliver 90% or higher Scores i.e NPS, Google
Support shop productivity by managing workflow and scheduling effectively.
Responsibilities:- Act as Main Sales person and contact for customers.
- Write and sell Maintenance, Repairs & Tires work confidently.
- Clearly explain recommendations and costs.
- Coordinate with technicians to complete work on time.
- Manage the repair order process from write-up to invoicing and payment.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs for service categories.
- Maintain high standards of organization, cleanliness, and professionalism at the front desk.
Qualifications- Prior experience in automotive service writing or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic automotive knowledge and a passion for the industry.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and a sales-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable using point-of-sale software and digital inspection tools.
- Valid drivers license required.
