Established in 2010, Bang Candy is a Nashville-based sugar-peddler specializing in whimsical confections. Utilizing only the finest ingredients, imagination, and fantastical notions, the most delicious handmade creations are being born from Bang Candy's confectionary lab. Our goal is to grow the company at a steady pace while maintaining our core values and high-quality products and standards.

The Part-Time Kitchen Manager at Bang Candy is responsible for our daily back of house operations including checking in orders, confectionary preparation and maintaining sweets for the shop and orders

Summery of Experience :

This is a fast paced, hands-on position that requires excellent teamwork and communication skills. The Bang Candy Team takes pride in delivering the best handmade delights to our Guests in-store and across the country. Your role will be to maintain a quality product, efficiency in processes and foster a diverse, learning and evolving the team.

In addition to following Bang Candy policies and procedures, principal responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

Basic Qualifications :

• Proven working experience in a kitchen environment
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Minimum of 21 years of age or older
