Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Community Lead - Crypto - this is a fully remote role for US / Europe / Dubai / LATAM based candidates, as long as they can overlap at least 5 hours with the EST timezone. Salary range : 130-180K USD yearly plus benefits

We are the yield engine for the crypto economy, a unified layer that connects capital to the best risk-adjusted yield across DeFi. It’s the last vault you’ll ever need. We continuously reallocate assets across DeFi to maximize yield. You deposit and we do the rest.

As the Community Lead, you will own our community strategy end-to-end, shaping how users, developers, and advocates engage with the protocol. You will build and activate a world-class community that accelerates our adoption and amplifies our mission across the crypto ecosystem.

Start with us from ground zero

Who you are

3+ years in community, marketing, or ecosystem roles in crypto or web3

Deep familiarity with crypto culture, DeFi, and major ecosystems (EVM & Solana)

You are obsessed with community-led growth and build programs that scale

Proven success managing and growing online communities (Discord, X, Telegram), running campaigns, and cultivating grassroots advocates

Experience organising digital and IRL community events, AMAs, and content initiatives

Excellent communication skills and the ability to create clarity, energy, and momentum within decentralised groups

Passion for protocol infrastructure, DeFi education, and building meaningful user experiences
