Key responsibilities include the review, negotiation, and drafting of various financial agreements, close collaboration with the Capital Markets team, and the management of external counsel. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of debt and tax equity financing structures, and experience in energy M&A transactions is a plus. Applicants for the Senior Counsel - Transactions position at the company should possess a JD and be a current member in good standing of at least one state bar. The role requires the ability to balance legal risk with business priorities, a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, and excellent communication skills.
