Project Product Manager Electromechanical Products
Lead product development projects from initiation through to successful, on-time, and on-budget completion, following a structured stage-gate process.
Ensure seamless alignment between project deliverables and the objectives of the Product Marketing team.
Coordinate and oversee cross-functional teams-including engineers, designers, and laboratory technicians-throughout the lifecycle of each development initiative.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including both short- and long-term timelines, critical path schedules, key milestones, and resource allocation.
Proactively identify potential project risks, conflicts, and challenges, implementing mitigation strategies and escalating issues to senior leadership when necessary.
Manage and align internal and external resources to ensure project objectives are met efficiently.
Collaborate with functional leaders to secure and manage project resources effectively.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders through regular updates, strategic reviews, and detailed reporting on stage-gate progress.

The Successful Applicant
BS in Engineering discipline
5+ years' experience in Product Management
Experience in electromechanical Products -required
HVAC experience - ideal, not required.
Able to go onsite.
