  • Clinical Shift Schedule : 12-hour or 24-hour shifts (day and night)
  • On-Call Shift Schedule : In-house or restricted hotel call depending on site
  • Call Type : In-House and Off-Site (site dependent)
  • Call Ratio : Variable
  • Call Response Time : Immediate for in-house; restricted requirements for St. Francis COVERAGE DATES
  • Abbott Northwestern : 11 / 21
  • St. Francis : 10 / 11, 11 / 10, 11 / 23 (PM), 12 / 5, 12 / 6, 12 / 7, 12 / 10 (AM), 12 / 24, 12 / 25 (AM), 12 / 29 (PM)
  • Additional sporadic shifts sent monthly

  • Patient Demographics : Adults
  • Patient Volume / Census : Medium to high volume at Abbott NW and United; low volume (12 deliveries / day) at St. Francis
  • Admissions : Yes
  • Rounding : Included
  • Phone Consults : As required
  • Case Mix : Deliveries, C-sections, D&Cs, laparoscopic tubals, ectopics, general OB / GYN procedures

    • FACILITY INFORMATION

  • EMR System : Epic
  • Office Equipment Available : Standard OB / GYN
  • Specialty Backup Available : Available within Allina Health system
  • Support Staff Available : Standard OB / GYN staff at each facility
  • Reason for Coverage : Supplemental coverage across float pool locations

    • PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

  • Hospital Privileges Required : Yes
  • Credentialing Timeline : 6090 days (fingerprinting required; results must post before privileges granted)
