Office Assistant

Job Details :

• Office Assistant must be able to use quickbooks, very knowledgeable with Excel and Microsoft word.
• Must answer and respond to multiple emails / text daily.
• May need to help answer phones.
• Onboarding new applicants, attend staff meetings and give weekly reports on progress.
• Some sales and proposal writing required.
• Eligible for full health benefits after 90 days of employment.
• Monday through Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm weekends off.
