Location : Charleston, TN

Additional locations may include Clayton, MO, Houston, TX, or Freeport, TX

Salary : $99,500 - $150,000

Schedule : Hybrid schedule available of up to 2 days remote per week

Focus : The Sr. IT Systems Specialist - Document Management is responsible for design, development, configuration, deployment, and support of Olins global enterprise Documentum solution. As part of the Corporate Manufacturing & Engineering (M&E) IT team, this role will partner with peers, other IT teams, and business partners to ensure effective solution delivery and performance.

Sr. IT Systems Specialist - Document Management Essential Job Functions :

• Analyzes, troubleshoots, customizes, and modifies global enterprise document management solutions.
• Develops, installs, configures and supports enhancements to current applications.
• Documents business requirements then design and develop custom applications to meet those needs.
• Provides training and mentoring to team members on Documentum features and methodologies.
• Works collaboratively with IT and business partners to evaluate and deploy new Documentum components, features or enhancements to expand application use.
• Oversees third party application support teams and contractors as it applies to Olins Documentum environment.
• Coordinates application patching, troubleshoots application problems, and monitors ticket system to address issues reported by end-users.
• Ensures alignment to Olins architecture and security standards.
