A company is looking for a Senior Partner Support Engineer to provide technical support to embedded partners and manage service requests.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshoot API and integration issues
Act as a liaison between partners, end user support, and engineering teams
Participate in on-call rotation and manage special projects with partners
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience supporting customers or partners in a complex software or SaaS environment
Experience with coding / debugging in at least two programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python
Familiarity with APIs, SSO, MDM, and web service protocol development
Proven ability to manage high priority incidents under SLA time constraints
