Cell Therapy Case Manager

A company is looking for a Cell Therapy Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate complex end-to-end scheduling for cellular therapy patients using defined schemas and checklists

Prepare patient communications and documentation, including requisitions and consent packets

Organize and submit documentation for insurance pre-authorization and clearance while maintaining accurate records

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent

2 years of experience in a patient care, healthcare administration, or clinical laboratory technician role in a complex healthcare environment

Bachelor's degree preferred in Healthcare Administration, Health Sciences, or related field

Knowledge of regulated clinical environments and ability to follow SOPs and documentation standards

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic EMR use
