Join a fast-paced team keeping mission-critical deliveries on track! We're looking for a hands-on logistics pro to support shipping, receiving, and equipment handling in a dynamic data center environment.

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate large customer deliveries and ensure smooth handoffs
• Maintain accurate logs of inbound / outbound shipments and materials
• Resolve shipping and receiving issues with speed and professionalism
• Use dashboards and tools to track shipment status and aging equipment
• Inspect incoming goods and reject items that don't meet standards
• Follow safety protocols for hazardous materials
• Assist with packing and moving customer equipment in the data center
• Communicate proactively with internal and external teams to meet delivery timelines
• Track stored or abandoned equipment and escalate as needed
• Update systems with delivery confirmations and notify recipients

Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent, 12 years of logistics, warehouse, or shipping / receiving experience, ability to follow procedures and adapt when needed, strong communication and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, hazardous materials certification (preferred but not required).
