Your Role as a Real Estate Agent with iAD Real Estate
- Consistently follow up with new and existing leads to maximize conversion and sales.
- Conduct buyer and seller consultations that educate and build trust.
- Show homes, host open houses, and create opportunities from your pipeline.
- Negotiate offers and manage transactions from contract to close with support.
- Utilize our CRM and tech tools to stay organized and manage your business efficiently.
- Engage in trainings, masterminds, and workshops to enhance your skills.
- (Optional) Grow your own group or team within iAD and earn revenue share.

Qualifications
- Active Real Estate Sales Associate or Broker License in this state (required).
- Previous sales or real estate experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication, follow-up, and time management skills.
- Comfortable working an entrepreneurial, commission-based schedule.
- Willingness to attend trainings, use our systems, and be an active part of the community.
Compensation & Schedule
- Job Type: Part-time and Full-time (1099 Independent Contractor).
- Compensation: Commission-based; many agents target a range of $48,000 – $200,000+ per year, depending on effort, skill, and production (no income is guaranteed).
- Schedule:
- Flexible schedule.
- Monday–Friday plus some evenings/weekends/holidays as needed for clients.
- Largely self-determined.
Supplemental Pay Types:
- Commission pay.
- Performance-based bonuses.
- Ongoing revenue share that continues as long as you are with iAD (no caps like other revenue share models).
- All-expense-paid incentive trips.
