Aggreko’s Mechanical Engineering Rotational Program lets you start where technicians start—working directly with engines, chillers, pumps, and generators—while growing into a field-ready engineer.

Rotation 1 — Power & Rotating Machinery (New Iberia, LA ~12 Months)

• Hands-on work with diesel engines, generators, and rotating machinery
• Work alongside OFA Technicians & Specialists to diagnose and repair equipment

Rotation 2 — Temperature Control Systems (Pearland, TX ~18 Months)

Rotation 3 — Field Engineering & Customer Exposure (~6 Months)
