[job_card.job_description]Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g. Rockwell / Allen-Bradley Siemens) and HMI / SCADA development. Strong understanding of industrial automation networks (e.g. Ethernet / IP Profinet Modbus TCP / IP). Demonstrated experience in designing implementing and troubleshooting complex control systems. Familiarity with industrial robotics (e.g. Fanuc Kuka ABB) and / or motion control systems. Knowledge of electrical safety standards (e.g. NFPA 79 ISO 13849) and machine safety system design. Experience with industrial robotics (e.g. FANUC KUKA ABB) programming and integration. Proficient in industrial vision systems (e.g. Cognex Keyence) for inspection or guidance. Knowledge of SQL databases and data historian integration for manufacturing data collection and analysis. Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or advanced SCADA integration. Understanding of industrial network security principles and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and implement industrial control systems (PLC HMI SCADA).
- Program and configure PLCs HMIs and other automation devices for manufacturing processes.
- Troubleshoot diagnose and resolve complex control system malfunctions and process issues.
- Lead the commissioning and startup of new automated equipment and production lines.
- Optimize existing control strategies and systems for improved efficiency reliability and throughput.
- Develop and maintain electrical schematics control diagrams and system documentation.
- Ensure all control systems comply with safety standards regulatory requirements and company policies.
