ORAL SURGERY SURGICAL ASSITANT

Previous experience with Oral Surgery/Dental/Medical Assisting preferred not mandatory.

Life Skills and Requirements: Being an awesome individual and BIG Team player is a must! Also, an understanding of Oral Surgery and experience with patient care, is key to ensure a smooth transition into this role. We can assist with the latter, but being awesome has to come from you! Individuals need not respond to this add if they intend to bring down the mood of everyone around them

Communication Skills: An artist at chatting with our incredible patients to make them feel extremely welcome into our practice is key to how we continue to produce excellent results with patient care. Work well with your coworkers and always keep the line of communication open and positive! Can take positive constructive direction from our Office Manager. So to sum it up; you must be able to collaborate with co-workers, management and patients. Listening and communicating effectively are key skills, we just can’t emphasize this point enough!!

Experience: Minimum of one year experience in a medical/dental setting working as an assistant preferred not mandatory

Working conditions: Full time position for clinic setting, surgical suites. Work with Doctors during the surgical cases for various oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures. Office computer, telephone system and standard office equipment.

Leadership skills: Everyone in this office must be a leader in their own roles, period.

Supporting other staff members in their daily tasks and helping to motivate them is something we take very serious.
