Occupational Therapist

SCOPE : To assess and treat eligible exceptional education students using the school-based occupational or physical therapy approach.

EDUCATION AND RELEVANT EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :

REQUIRED :

Bachelors Degree in Occupational Therapy or successful completion of the Certified Occupation

Therapy Assistant (COTA) Career Mobility Program through the American Occupational Therapy

Association.

Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy.

Licensed to provide occupational or physical therapy in the State of Florida.

Satisfactory completion of an internship in the area of physical therapy.

PREFERRED / DESIRED :

Masters or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy preferred.

CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES / TRAINING :

REQUIRED :

Valid Florida Drivers License.
