Title Counsel

Gibson Arnold & Associates is seeking a Title Counsel with 5+ years of experience to join the in-house legal team of a company in Greenwood Village, CO. The ideal candidate will possess experience with :

Providing advice in connection with title insurance products and policies.

Providing advice in connection with title insurance underwriting processes and procedures with an emphasis on claims.

Working as a business partner with a company’s operations to formulate and implement strategies consistent with corporate objectives and which minimize legal impact on the company.

Managing, negotiating, and resolving real estate transaction related issues including curative tasks (pre- and post-closing) and the resolution of formal disputes, claims, and complaints.

Working with outside counsel in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner.

Real estate transactions and title insurance related issues (commercial and residential).
