We are looking for entry-level and experienced Field Service Technicians to join our team. Our local development programs will provide you with the confidence and expertise to make a difference. You will be armed with industry certifications and the tools to excel at your job.

You will spend your days visiting customer locations to maintain and repair our industry-leading office solutions. Your communication skills will continue our legacy of award-winning customer service. You will diagnose and repair any problems or challenges customers are experiencing. You will relay recommendations to assist them in the operation and reliability of their office equipment. You will be a trusted resource to all our customers.

Desirable Attributes for Job - Technical:

• Strong electromechanical and mechanical aptitude, basic electronics knowledge, and experience in information technology
• (IT) networking knowledge is a plus
• Ability to quickly and accurately diagnose mechanical, electrical, and IT problems
• Strong computer literacy skills
• Previous experience and Certifications with Canon, Konica Minolta, Lexmark, and HP are a plus
