Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary IT liaison for assigned business units, fostering strong stakeholder relationships
Lead a team to manage and deliver an applications portfolio aligned with business needs
Gather feedback to identify areas for process improvement and recommend enhancements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
7+ years of experience in IT, business analysis, or IT service delivery
Familiarity with ITIL or IT service management frameworks
Strong understanding of business processes and technology solutions
Experience in requirements gathering and supporting IT project delivery
