Security Guard - Telecom Patrol

As a patrol unarmed officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic tech and media environment. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Time : Thur 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM Fri 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including the business interior and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or access.
  • Monitor for unusual activity, potential security-related hazards, and report findings according to established protocols.
  • Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to support a secure environment in a tech, media, and telecom setting.
  • Document and communicate observations, incidents, and / or issues as required by site procedures.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Access control or badge experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
