Our client, a leader in manufacturing and precision machining, is seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Entry Level Machine Operator in Whitewater, WI to join their dynamic team. As a vital part of the manufacturing operations, you will support the production process, ensuring high-quality output and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title : 1st Shift Entry Level Machine Operator Whitewater, WI

Location : Whitewater, WI

Pay Rate : $17.00 / hr.

Shift : Monday through Friday, Day Shift

What's the Job?

• Load, inspect, and process parts following detailed work instructions, visual aids, and quality alerts on modern machining centers
• Learn to ensure design features and tolerances meet manufacturing requirements through hands-on training and regular inspections
• Gain experience using a variety of inspection tools and techniques—including CMM, air probes, electronic, and hand gaging equipment—with full support and guidance from experienced team members
• Make small offsets and tool adjustments to maintain process stability and quality standards
• Perform basic material preparation and handling, including forklift operation when necessary
